I also prefer the PCGS reverse to the NGC reverse, and if the obverses, luster, etc. are of similar quality, I'd take the PCGS coin over the other...
I think they cleaned up nicely. :) There are 1 or 2 of them in that pic that I would believe were exceptionally round dirt clods if you didn't...
Funny. :) Though you could make use of that feature to show luster on an uncirculated coin quite nicely.
I agree, diameter and weight can be 100% correct for a struck counterfeit. I'm still at 75% chance of it being fake because of the things I noted.
