Can't tell if it would get DCAM based on the pictures. Everything below IGWT on the obverse and HALF DOLLAR on the reverse looks like it's not...
IMO if you want to make money long term dealing in a physical commodity like gold, in the absence of derivatives, you have to keep the money...
Any old plastic polish should work. There's one called PlastX that's good, or there's a product specifically made for coin slabs called Slab Renew.
Nice. I wasn't sure because Kennedy's hairline was so weak on the 74. Yet another lesson on grading from photographs. :-)
I won't touch a raw Indian quarter eagle. There are too many fakes, some of them are really good, and I don't know enough about them yet.
I would also say 66, and you should polish the slab (particularly on the reverse). :)
Nice! I especially like the 74. They all look AU or so. Am I right? I'd probably keep them if I found them. :)
"Graded" coins, referring to certified coins. Seriously? Every coin is graded every time it's bought and sold.
I looked into buying a 15th century groat at one point, and the listing said a mandatory export licence would be required to ship outside the UK,...
Nice. You have 3/5 of the Elizabeth II portraits, too. :)

I've never bought coins truly sight unseen; like @okbustchaser, I consider any purchase with an approval period to be "sight seen." But, I have...
I always assume BU means "beat up" or "butt ugly."
Just out of curiosity, how many pre-1950 do you find in a typical box?
I don't really know exactly how a coin passes from "dug up out of the ground where it was buried centuries ago" to "in my collection," but I can...
63 DMPL since someone already said 63 PL. Hard to tell DMPL vs PL without a pic of a reflection. :) Very nice cameo though.
Ugh. Looks like it went from a nice "AU" to a cleaned AU/MS.
I would go for the 1793 cent over the 1943 cent in a heartbeat. 1943 vs car would be a tough choice, but 1793 beats the car every day. I don't...
Great coin and a great cleaning job. :)
eBay's paranoia about this stuff goes back to when Yahoo! auctions was sued 15 years ago. See...
