And 99% of the dealers will sell a set with haze just like the ebay sellers do. Now if you take the time to ask the dealer if any sets have haze...

It's not off center. It's the angle of the pic. The upper edge of the holder blocks the bottom portion of the rim.

The same thing I've said a thousand times - wear shows a different color.
That is weak strike, as is the shoulder.
The place to look for wear are circled in black. Those are the high points on the rev of a Buff. And yes, it has light wear in those points.
So stop now while you are ahead. Go buy your sets at a coin show or a dealer's shop where you can pick them out and forget about ebay.
When you get to the '11-D in 63, I think you'll blink once or twice ;)
It's a 3rd reverse. My grade, AU58. Looks like there is light wear on the reverse.
I have to agree Ruben, I don't think the coin was harshly cleaned at all. Dipped for a bit too long maybe but that's it.
I think for that price he bought it already graded.
That's why it was used for fillings, crowns etc. - because it is hard enough, durable and doesn't react with all the stuff we put in our mouths.
