In all honesty I could not grade that coin higher than 64RD. Too many hits for anything higher.
You may want to rethink your opinion on that.
It was struck in .500 silver, mintage of 419,000. Krause list it at $18 XF and $45 unc. That one is XF.

Typo I assume, for the sake of accuracy the product is MS70. I would also assume that is why the coin went so cheaply.
