On any other coin I would call that AT, but in this case you may be correct. It is still questionable if the TPG's call it NT.
Too bad I don't buy from photos. There are some interesting coins in there.

The wide AM is on every cent, it's a little confusing, but what you are looking for is the flared G reverse initials, it is a proof reverse....

Have you photo'd the die markers?
Good job on the close ups. The upside down photo of the date and MM should have been the dead give away. MM's are hand punched into the die, and...
I think I see Die deterioration doubling. Same look as DDD on nickel. Yours is nickel plated steel.
I Think that there is plenty of luster, just thick toning. I see a lot of nicks and dings, on the reverse fields. MS64
