The leg, and the light discoloring on the utmost highpoints was what made my guess a 55.
The scratches at 10 o'clock , on the obv.is what caught my eye.

As @Paddy54 says. What looks like wear could be lighting or a weak strike. I think I would try for CAC before an upgrade. Very nice!

Although the design is modeled after a silver eagle your coin is a copy meant to fool someone. I would doubt that it is even silver.

It sure looks like it has some originality to it. It has some spots that say it is AU, I am not sure cabinet friction would apply to this coin.
