Off hand I don't see anything that says fake, But there are some good fakes out there. It has been cleaned IMO. There will be more folks posting...
The no MM is from Philadelphia mint. It wasn't until 82 that a P was put on the coin.
Also the lower part of o and d are there I think you may have found one. Nice!
Even if there are those that "don't have time" to look at some of the minor variety's, there will always be a premium for the ones that aren't...

Very small if any. There quite a few in the Lincoln series, they are quite common.
