I am guessing that the slab says 65 but the coin in my opinion has enough distracting marks to keep it from gem MS64.

It's not a doubled die, I believe it is either split plate doubling, or DDD
With the heavy gouge on her nose, I am at 63 tops, No clue on the VAM. The die file lines look pretty awesome though!
