If the coins are NGC slabbed, immediately. If they are PCGS slabbed, it could take 24 hours or more if across a weekend or such.
This may not be what most people think of as a key - until you try to get one. Then you find how rough it really is.
I am not the host of my NGC pix. So long as they are <120K they are downloaded to NGC and they store them.
My guess is that the "RD" has nothing to do with the grade, but a fair amount to do with a clerk entering the data.
