Linear plating blisters. The toning definitely makes it look like a woody though. I would think around a AU53 maybe AU55.
@WillGK Can't give an opinion of grade based just on the obverse. Both sides of the coins need to be judged.
That mushy appearance makes me think that it has been plated. I agree with everyone above.
And Bilevel meaning that half of the die face has been displaced.

I would rather call that one a lamination. If it was a struck through you would see the clad layer, and not copper core.
