No. It is a very nice coin but I stick with the ones I found in change back in the 50's. That's just me.
Why does Wexler recognize and list it?
It has only been found in the 25th Anniversary Set. And, I don't think I would consider it minor.

I agree, they look like polish lines to me. Nice coin.
I have had coins in cardboard 2X2's well over 50 years without any issues.
