I have never seen grease move metal on a coin. I have seen it keep details from being struck. I have never seen grease make a coin no longer...
There is not a way to fix it. It's best to just sell it and find one you like.

I'm thinking AU something on both. The 41-S is damaged on the reverse.

I can't tell if it matches the FS-103 but I'm seeing something going on with the L in Liberty.
