There are too many to keep track of. Auction results are about all there is to go by.
No one will be able to tell you anything from any of those images.
I can think of several tools that could create damage on both sides at the same time but we will never know what was actually used.

I started to guess this one a 67. Great looking coin.
I think you bought it because it is a cool design and you liked it. The lesson is that it looks cleaned.
It's net graded because of it's issues.
