I agree, I love patinas & will sometimes pay a small premium if it's nice enough. I especially like sandy patinas.
From the pic itself the coin looks to be junk, No more then $5 in value & thats pushing it.

Did you see the discription? Maybe it has to do with the Cuirass decorated with an aegis on the bust? I rarely ever see it.
