I'm wondering if it's really all that white looking in person. It could be the lighting used is changing the actual look.

I agree. The reverse is really pretty. It probably had some help. Maybe MS70 was used on it. You don't see many IHCs with color.
Stains are tough to remove. I don't think the coin can be helped but I would give it an acetone bath.
