It all depends on their condition. If they are not in good shape they are not worth much. But I think the 1943 is worth at $1 in silver right now....

1943 is a warwtime nickel, its 35% silver, and the mint mark is above the dome of Monticello. 1946 the pre-war mint mark came back. And I could be...
80% silver. They changed some time during 1967, so some 67's are 80% and some are 50%. But yes, your 1963 is 80% silver.
