Could be an occluded gas bubble, A lot of these are done with heat though. Most aren't errors.
Save a few rolls I know that a few of us would buy them from you.

The dealer said he pulled it from an album or folder and the coin was held in for years by tape.
A split in toning I imagine could happen on a roll half folded. Maybe I have been looking at the coin all wrong.
