I think you are correct. It looks to be the reverse of 68. I would grade it 35 or 40 but the images are a bit out of focus. Nice find.

I'm not 100% sure but think it's fine. They change the slabs quite often. Could you post an image of the obverse? Have you looked up the cert. #?
