I agree. I could be wrong, but I also think its an unc coin with a weak strike. However, I wouldn't be suprised if NGC graded it higher than MS63....

I have gotten free sample slabs at coin shows, but they didn't habe grades on them. They just said "uncirculated" or something like that.

You really can't state prices like that without having any idea of the condition of the coins. You essentially gave him prices just slightly above...
