No bean at a grade of XF-40. Too many problem areas, some due to weak striking and some due to uneven wear.
This is a great coin. I gave it a gold bean and I think CAC also thinks so.
I'll go along with NGC's 64 grade but I don't think CAC will agree with an A or B coin rating. Too many specks, too many hits on the reverse.
