Take a look inside the lower loop of the first 8. They look the same. I don't know. Just throwing this out there.

Only a few. PCGS has graded only 2.
Do you have an image? They were made without an S and with a D mintmark. These are not rare. There were proofs made without an S that are rare....
30 or 35 sounds about right to me.
