I think the obverse holds the coin to a 63 at best. Looks NT to me.

No, scratches are not errors and they reduce the value of the coin. I'm guessing a tiny piece of cardboard from the holder caused the spot.
It looks more like a spot than a scratch in the image.
It was pressed into a lucky holder.
It looks like a nice coin to me. It looks a bit dark. Some folks don't care for that, making them tough to sell. Just a thought from the images....
