Don't know the value, but dude don't clean your coins! Coins that old should be left alone. There should be a patina on them.
It also looks cleaned. If it has that wear and is a war nickel, almost always these coins are darker from being circulated. I have a million of them.
I think he could get about 500 hundie for it. It does looked cleaned though. The fact it is a low-mintage has to go in it's favor.
