The mark next to the C in CENT looks to be a clash mark. The other two are hits.
The obverse looks 66 or 67. The reverse 65. I'll go with 66.
It's just damage.
I'm thinking planchet striations. MS-63 sounds about right. Pretty coin.
Did you weigh it? That will help you know what it is.
What type of error would you call this?
My first question is who owns the building and what it's worth. Is the shop in a good location that brings in lots of traffic?
The image posted of the OP coins make me think they are real.
Better images would be cool. I also question if the coin is real. The reverse rims, the claws and the leaves look odd.
