The odds are better if you have owned them for 20-25 years. If they have been floating around for that many years, your odds go down.
It could have been plated (outside of the mint) but they were made in silver as well as clad. The weight would tell you what you have.
Did you already buy it on Ebay? If you did you need to complete the deal.
