I did a quick "sold listings" check on ebay and it seems that $10 notes have sold for around $25 but those were in much nicer condition.
That's what I was thinking too. I can't see any pitting that the acid usually leaves behind though. Maybe if the pictures were closer...?

Without knowing the specifics of the coin I would assume the weight would be different.

Whoops, meant 65-75. I keep the 09's since they are few and far between for me. I've only pulled a roll of each in all of the boxes I've searched.
Errors can happen in any year. Also, I wouldn't bother with the 65-65 stuff you listed.
Or someone broke up a set to send the better stuff to get graded. That happens quite often.
