The Obv is flat and shelf-like, PMD. I can't see anything on the reverse either.

The obverse is definitely a lamination. As for the reverse? Perhaps a grease-filled die. Not 100% sure on that.
If it's a greaser or PMD (which it probably is) it's not worth much, if anything, over face.
