I agree 100%. They are one of my favorite errors. I guess what I was trying to say is that no 2 lams are the same? Maybe I should just stop...
What would you consider ususal? All lams are different. I guess maybe just the severity?

Those are always fun to find in rolls. I have maybe 10 or 15 states. Who knows, maybe some day, if I search enough, I will manage to get all 50 :)

Both were found in rolls. The 2nd one came out exactly as shown. The 1st one was almost peeled all the way off.
