Because standard mint sets weren't issued that year and high quality examples are rare. You either had to drive to Philly to get a souvenir set...
I hear, pretty much, good things about these guys from others but I've never had a personal dealings with them.

What ISO # are you using Jack? Try to use the lowest # that you can and you'll get less 'noise'..........
