Just out of curiosity, what does it sound like? 40%ers have a distinct sound to them. Not sure what it would sound like if plated though.
I could only find 2 coins with the mint Go B, 1883 and 1884. That being said, I can't tell for the life of me what date yours is :P...
Not surprising since all the coins probably came from the same die. Pretty cool :)
Either way, it is too light for a 40%er.
What does the reverse look like?
Use this site to help you ID what you have: http://coppercoins.com/diesearch.php Also, to piggyback off what @paddyman98 said, I'm not seeing any...
Ditto what Rick said. Also - that cent is tore up. Spend it quickly before it rots away lol.

Agree with @steve.e . Nice find :)
Congrats! Reminds me of my best teller score way back on 15 March 2014. 11 Walkers 10 Bens 17 Kens and 49 40%ers. All that off of $160 CWR [ATTACH]

They just didn't grind it all the way down so some of the lower parts are still visible.
Hello, Your first coin was ground down by someone. Post mint damage. Your second nickel seems to be somewhat toned. Both nickels do not have any...
I'm not seeing any blakesly effect? I vote PMD like the others.
Finished my 4 boxes of cents for the week. Average amount of wheats (oldest 17P), 3 older canadian (45, 53, 57) and that was about it. There was a...
At least the 60D is a small date...meh I'd keep it but not worth anything special.

Foreign stuff. I see Mexico, UK, China, Euro, maybe Brazil. Nothing of value but fun none the less.
