I have a hard time taking pictures of toned coins as well. I can see yours has some nice greens and reds it looks like.

I’d check 99 as well. I’ve found a whopping 1 in all my searches. Compare that to the ~70 of each 98 and 00.
99 WAM and 92 P&D CAMs are. 00’sand 98’s aren’t super valuable, maybe a few bucks a piece depending on what shape they’re in.
I don't think they are hard to find per se. I've bid on several on ebay but haven't one a single one yet haha.
The lighter fields vs the darker areas around devices that would be hard to "rub clean" make it look cleaned to me. I love that design though....
