To me, the details seem a bit more "mushy" than the proof coins I am seeing.
The space between the "A and M" and the "M and E" would be almost identical in a wide AM. Yours is not.
I think it is a nice looking IHC but I would have a very hard time saying that it is a proof. I'm not seeing it.
