Is this not gold then ,it is dated 1820 something and when I shine light off the coin itsi got shiny gold like look ,but photos don't pick that up

Looking at the 1836 under a 5 times loop ,it looks double struck or something.hopfuly get a close up photo of it,also at Arkansas too[ATTACH]...
