As a collector, I figure selling is going to cost me about 20% if I create a store on ebay. That's about what it cost years ago.
What did ICG have to say about the coin?
The doubling on both the date and mint mark make me think it's machine doubling.
I'm thinking damage.
Watch out for the guys with hats and dark glasses. They are always causing trouble.:D
I would put $150 on the form. If they feel it's an MS-68, they may ask for a higher grading fee.
