It's worth at least 1 cent. Without pictures though, that's where my estimate will stay.
I've yet to find a rotated coin. But I'm really bad at flipping everything. I certainly don't flip my halves and only flip a few certain dates...
That rotated one is really cool.
I know nothing...BUT my guess is that since the cent is larger than the dime, when it was struck, the black was spread out more making it thinner...

Not a die clash. Your coin has residue on it. Probably glue or something else.
And along the sides of the date too.
All 88's are wide AM. Beyond that I am not 100% sure what you are asking, but I am not seeing anything on your coin that looks out of the ordinary.
That looks more to be an issue with the plating or a lighting artifact than actual doubling.
