Whatever it is it appears to be on the surface. It’s not raised and it’s now below the surface.

Just DDD and worn die issues. All on a common zinc planchet with a thin copper coating. Nasty coins so spend it.
All I see worth noting is a die crack between the T and E in UNITED in the first photo.
It’s a MAD but it’s not an off centered coin.
