I think PCGS would be at 53 or 55 and NGC at 55 or 58. The image brought out the color but not much of the luster.

That's a die chip at the tip of the eighth feather. Can you get a better image of the date? Snow list 34 different RPDs for this date.

It's fake. Compare the obverse to any Lincoln wheat cent. You will see the difference.
I don't do the registry sets. I was going to start a few at NGC but they quit allowing PCGS coins.
