Firstly, it's the Lincoln Memorial. Secondly, no it is not an error. Someone did it after it was minted. It is considered damage.
See how the lettering is backwards? Your coin had another coin pressed into it outside of the mint. Not an error.

Are you talking about the line down the middle? If so, that is just wear, and is a common place since that is one of the higher points on the design.
