You can't. The coin will grade AU at best. The grading fees will be almost as much as the value of the coin. From the images, I'm not 100% sure...
In my area the libraries share books. You can request a book from a different library and it will be transferred.

I have never agreed with the standards that the TPGs use for gold coins. To me wear is wear.
Polishing cloths will destroy the value of your coins. Polishing your coins is never a good idea.
