In my searches, 99s are pretty dang rare. Not as rare as the 92 p/d, but they are up there. I have found ~80 each of 98 and 00 and only 2x 99's...

The 99s still are selling for 100 raw and a bit more if graded. I have 2 but I still don't plan on getting them graded.
