You are correct as it’s PMD.
I only see it in the bottom set of photos. May I suggest you take another look?
I’m sure you made good money on them. :)
Nice looking but I like your other coins better. Just my opinion.
It’s severely damaged. Not an error. Not on a foreign planchet. And certainly not silver.
AU-53 cleaned
AU-55 and she’s sure pretty.
I second what @ldhair says. In your other thread you called me jealous which is the last thing I am. They just don’t have what it takes to grade...
Is that doubling I see around Liberty’s nose and again under the Eagle’s mouth and neck? Very nice looking.
Very nice and it’s good to hear you finally added some to your collection. I don’t think many people traded in those types of dollars for good....
I’m sure it’s MD.
Not a MS-67 and not a true doubled die.

Your welcome

To far and not a good time for me. If you make it I wish you a great time.
Have fun on your hunt as you travel through these cents.
I sure hope that woman is your wife. LOL. It’s a lovely coin and you are blessed to have her support you and your love for this hobby.
It certainly looks like the real thing to me and it’s from the Civil War era. Please protect it.
Even the worn notes will be worth about $40-$50. Those Black Eagles Notes are in strong demand and that nicer one will cost over $100. I like them...
