Nope. An off-center would remove design elements on both sides of the coin. You can see on my coin that the reverse still has all of the design...

That's pretty MAD. Too bad it didn't go one of the other ways and remove some of the design elements.
I wish I would've been into ancient coins back when I lived in London. I spent a lot of time in that museum in the 2 years I lived there.

There are no cracks on the reverse. Just dirt and environmental damage. Everything you think you see is damage. 100% spender.
Looks like "maybe" a die crack on Abe's head. I see nothing on the reverse. Just a dirty/nasty/circulated cent. Spender IMHO.
I store all my world coins in 2x2 flips put into 2x2 pocket pages in 3 ring binders. Most world coins will fit into the 2x2s and leave enough...
