Five days is about the normal for any business or the mint. It's setup that way by the processing company to prevent fraud. The mint was correct....

I'll change my vote to 65. Looks much better in the new image.
Those images are really bad. Not a good way to prove anything.
Images are still out of focus. I'll guess it's somewhere between 58 and 63. You might try pulling the camera a bit further from the coin.
