The missing and weak letters are from a grease or debris filled die.
The only part of the reverse that would cause a clash in that area would be from Washington’s neck.
It’s doubled but the doubling is from a worn die so not a true doubled die.

Bronze disease on coins is worst than measles in the early sixties. So easy to get it and difficult to eradicate it.
