Take a look at the images on CoinFacts. Also note the lack of wear on the wreath on the reverse.
The term "flat strike" was uses a lot many years ago. It was a catch all for coins struck with worn dies or when the press was not set properly....
Nice find but don't think it's worth having graded.
I think that much of what we are seeing is a strike issue and the coin would grade higher than VF.
I don't have enough practice with a phone so my results are not very good. I have better results and control with a DSLR with a macro lens.
