Looks like I might exceed the recommended dosage. [img]
I think this thread should be sponsored by: [IMG] cause it is giving me a headache!
I am not really interested in the star designation but routinely search for the star designation. Most E-Bay sellers understand that they must...
I don't like the fact that they use the old PCI holders.
I forgot to ask him about it. I have to admit, it isn't high on my priority list.
I was thinking the same thing, what are we missing. I have to believe at this point that it is related to luster. Perhaps the coin was dipped...
A bridge refers to where the steps are blended together and the line is interrupted. Here is a larger photo of a Jefferson Nickel with a bridge...
Yes the photo is better. Unfortunately there is a very large bridge between the 4th and 5th steps under the third pillar. No full steps for this...

I buy slabbed coins in order to fill my Dansco Jefferson album. However, they are never NGC or PCGS slabs. [img]
Not so fast. Since I stated it was PCGS and it is borderline in the photo, I would still have guessed full steps. If it were NGC, you would have...
You and Mike both pointed to an area of weakness between the 3rd & 4th steps under the second pillar. While I see what you are talking about in...
