    Yes the later coins with that same guy on them don't have any silver. I have a 1979 and it doesn't say anything about Mexico or Ley, darn!

    Why would a dealer tell me ANACS doesn't grade any longer?

    He probably just confused ANACS with someone else. Last I heard ANACS is still grading coins. Maybe he was thinking someone else but said ANACS....
