To be blunt, I wouldn't want either coin in my collection. As a matter of fact, I consider every MS63 Morgan Dollar I have ever purchased a mistake.
I agree, I can't determine a grade for those coins with those photos. Having said that, the surfaces of both coins certainly look to be gem+ quality.
