Low ms for me, looks more like it was wire brushed, then cleaned with chemicals ....
It's not a setup strike, like Chris said, rim tells the story . I'm in the milled crowd, ( pmd ) or something like that .... Weigh it...

That's what they should pay ( 300.00 ) for a base graded 70 . You have to understand the difference between bulk grades and base graded coins ....
