Anything that was " scrubbed " with a brush, is wizzed ...
There are very fine brushes out there, that only a microscope can see the damage from the brush .
I'll bet if you send it to pcgs for a crossover, it doesn't cross .....

Have you ever seen a detail brush for doing carpet in cars, I guess not ..
