I don't think it's a slider, ms is fully struck and there's hair missing on top of lady Liberty head, at least from this image

Anything that was " scrubbed " with a brush, is wizzed ...
There are very fine brushes out there, that only a microscope can see the damage from the brush .
I'll bet if you send it to pcgs for a crossover, it doesn't cross .....
